SIGNATURE MENU

Our Signature menu comprises of 4 main dish options to choose from :

   Option 1 : Daging / Beef Rendang     An all-time favourite !

   Option 2 : Ayam / Chicken Curry Kapitan    So authentic !

   Option 3 : Ikan / Nyonya Asam Pedas Fish  An extraordinary sour/spicy voyage !

   Option 4 : Sayur / Vegetarian Green Curry  When veggies reach higher !

Groups up to 7 people : 1 unique main dish to be selected

Groups from 8 to 12 people : 2 different main dishes

Tempeh (fermented soya beans), water spinach, bean sprouts, boiled eggs and potatoes, red dragon fruit served with medium spicy homemade peanut sauce

Option 1 : TOK & WAN'S RENDANG DAGING / BEEF RENDANG

Grass - fed beef chuck braised in aromatic spices, chillies, lemongrass, garden turmeric leaves & coconut milk

Cucumber, pineapple and shallots pickled in vinegar

 

 

Option 2 : PENANG AYAM KARI KAPITAN / CHICKEN CURRY KAPITAN

Free range chicken cooked in fresh spices of kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, turmeric, candlenut, chillies & curry leaves

Seabass in spicy aromatic herbs, chillies, red torch ginger flower and a hint of Belacan

Option 4 : SAYUR MASAK GULAI LEMAK HIJAU / VEGETARIAN CURRY 

Zucchini, eggplant, broccoli and snake beans in Minangkabau style, turmeric, kaffir lime leaf, lemon grass and coconut milk

Locally sourced baked aubergines, Zaleha’s spicy sambal sauce

Option 5 : our own KFC version / KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN 

Crispy fried boneless chicken thighs previously marinated with garlic, onion, salt and pepper, basted with spicy gochujang sauce and sesame seeds, accompanied with Kimchi

Locally sourced cucumber, pickled in rice vinegar with a dash of soya sauce and Nigella seeds
