Our Signature menu comprises of 4 main dish options to choose from :

   Option 1 : Daging / Beef Rendang

   Option 2 : Ayam / Chicken Curry Kapitan

   Option 3 : Ikan / Nyonya Asam Pedas Fish   NEW !

   Option 4 : Sayur / Vegetarian Green Curry

Groups up to 7 people : 1 unique main dish to be selected

Groups from 8 to 12 people : 2 different main dishes

Aperitif served with hot edamame, fried prawns and deep fried calamari with our special sauce

GADO GADO SIRAM MINANGKABAU

Tempeh (fermented soya beans), water spinach, bean sprouts, boiled eggs and potatoes, red dragon fruit served with medium spicy homemade peanut sauce

Option 1 : TOK & WAN'S RENDANG DAGING / BEEF RENDANG

Grass - fed beef chuck braised in aromatic spices, chillies, lemongrass, garden turmeric leaves & coconut milk

Cucumber, pineapple and shallots pickled in vinegar

Free range chicken cooked in fresh spices of kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, turmeric, candlenut, chillies & curry leaves

Seabass in spicy aromatic herbs, chillies, red torch ginger flower and a hint of Belacan
