Juliana was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Raised in London, she arrived in Hong Kong in 1998.
She is passionate about cooking, her recipes derived and adapted from her Negeri Sembilan and Johorian grandmothers' recipes.
She grows her pandan, lemongrass, tumeric and curry leaves organically.
Juliana delights in introducing her country’s treasured dishes and hopes to introduce the unknown and satiate those who miss home.
David is from Rouen, France and has been living in Hong Kong for over 20 years.
If there is anything he loves more than his wife, it would be his love affair with wine. He is a recently certified Level 3 WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust).
Since arriving here in 1996 he has discovered, learned and tasted many more wines from both worlds (old and new) than if he had remained in France. His dream would be to own a vineyard. He could speak for hours about
soils and pruning with his guests!
