Our Spring/Summer menu comprises of 2 main dish options :

   Option 1 : Beef short ribs

   Option 2 : Fish fillet

Each option is available for 4 people or above.

HERB-CRUSTED CAULIFLOWER STEAKS

Panko crusted cauliflower, parmesan, mixed beans, cherry tomatoes, French green beans, arugula, crispy fried shallots

(Followed by)

Option 1 : TYH BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS

Scottish Beef Short Ribs braised in red wine, Mexican chillies, all spice berries, raisins

Option 2 : FLASH ROASTED HALIBUT FILLET

Halibut fillet on a bed of kale and chickpeas, fennel seeds, lemon zest, caper oil

HOUSE 17 PURÉE  (for all options)

A blend of mashed Japanese sweet and new potatoes, butter, cream and flat leaf parsley
